All items listed are handcrafted and/or custom-made. Product photos are for representation; minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to the handmade process.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, Shopify Payments, or other approved gateways.
We do not store your credit/debit card information.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product type.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since most of our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, color, or size preferences.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

The item is damaged in transit.

The item received is defective or different from the order placed.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@artmangallery.com with photos or videos of the issue.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us directly.
Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Artman Gallery.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Artman Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We make no warranties or guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
