At Artman Gallery, each product is crafted with precision and care.
We do not offer returns, but we do provide replacements under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Replacement:

You have 7 days from delivery to request a replacement.

Replacements are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

An unboxing video showing the product’s issue must be provided as proof.

Requests without proper proof cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Replacement:
Please email us at hello@artmangallery.com with your order number, photos/video of the damaged product, unboxing video and a brief explanation.
Our team will verify and, if approved, arrange a replacement shipment.

No refunds or cancellations are allowed after dispatch.
