Refund policy

At Artman Gallery, each product is crafted with precision and care.
We do not offer returns, but we do provide replacements under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request a replacement.

  • Replacements are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • An unboxing video showing the product’s issue must be provided as proof.

  • Requests without proper proof cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Replacement:
Please email us at hello@artmangallery.com with your order number, photos/video of the damaged product, unboxing video and a brief explanation.
Our team will verify and, if approved, arrange a replacement shipment.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed after dispatch.

  • Replacements are subject to availability.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible.
