Artman Gallery – Shipping Policy

At Artman Gallery, we take pride in delivering your handcrafted and custom-made art pieces safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Each order is made to order and typically takes 3–7 business days to create, depending on the complexity of the artwork or 3D print.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship all across India using trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, or India Post.

Standard delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, festivals, courier issues, or remote locations.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹599 (if applicable).

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small handling fee may apply and will be visible during checkout.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.

You can track the shipment status anytime using that link until it is delivered.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions or natural calamities

Courier network disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete address details
We will make every effort to assist and coordinate with our courier partners in such cases.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@artmangallery.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are focused on serving customers across India. Updates on international delivery options will be announced on our website when available.
8. Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing the order.
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at hello@artmangallery.com.
After dispatch, the address cannot be modified.
